寒流走了又來,夭壽冷到可以吃一隻大象了,當然是說笑,,我家又不住非洲,哪來大象....別跟我講蠟筆小新那隻喔....
一樣,做烤雞不難..難的是要準備一堆香料,當然不用全部都要有準備..
香料如下:月桂葉/迷迭香/豆蔻/八角/黑胡椒粒/丁香/羅勒..喜歡吃辣一點還可以加辣椒下去
然後全部從烤雞的小屁屁塞進去就好..
在留一點羅勒跟迷迭香混一些咖哩粉跟鹽巴混橄欖油塗在烤雞表面...
之後送進洞房...不..是烤箱裡...200度烤1小時就好...
記得把烤箱旋風開起喔~~

Fodder : Chicken + rosemary + Fennel + Black Pepper + Cumin
Cinnamon + Colve + Bay leaves + Star Anise + salt
all mix together and put in oven about onehour
with 200 temperature !!
in less than no time eat it!!
