晚餐時間又到囉~~天氣冷..又要洗菜很懶得去開水龍頭,懶人晚餐..反正薯條超市都有賣,平時拿來配啤酒的..這時...這時...懶字當頭...
反正all mix..套句俗話...攏總參作伙拉...
就薯條+迷迭香+鹽巴...
放烤箱開220度,半小時-50分左右
烤好起來可以加點鼠尾草或羅勒...
晚餐好了...
不多說..我吃先囉~~

天氣冷,來碗排骨麵唄!! Sparerib noodle
老闆..來碗排骨麵唄!!..呴..天氣冷懶得跑出去外面吃勒...怎麼辦~~自己煮囉~~
別在吃那些參味素跟防腐劑的泡麵低拉~~ 煮碗好吃麵粉簡單.. 首先準備2鍋水..一鍋煮湯,一鍋煮麵..兩邊可同時進行,煮麵的簡單..就等水滾放麵條下去等4分鐘(請善用計時器~)
另外一鍋也是等水滾,放肋排(比外面瘦不拉機的排骨還好吃)加切好的香菇(另外可加點小蝦米)跟一棵剝皮的蒜頭,免切喔~~喜歡吃辣的可加一根對切的辣椒~~ 另外重點式醬油囉~我試過一般醬油,味道沒那麼好,但是也還可以..後來買了好幾款醬油來試,得意的一天出的御茶釀這款還不錯..
這兩天又買龜甲萬的黑糖醬油..還沒試..應該還不錯吧~~
最後記得加點青菜喔~~

frist add water in the trammel, and put Sparerib and mushroom, garlic, soy, and affix cover until boil.. and simultaneously cook noodle about 4 minut, and then add soup with vegetal... done!!
